Early Life

Carell played ice hockey and lacrosse during his high school years. He also knows how to play the fife. He received his History degree at Ohio's Denison University in 1984. And she answered with "If a guy like you were ever to ask a woman like me out, I would definitely do that."

They both worked on The Daily Show With John Stewart in 1999. In 2001, they welcomed their eldest daughter and their son in 2004.
